Our simple, 6-week, 20-workout program is designed to be self managed and easy to follow. Our members, on average, lose 15 lbs during these 6 weeks.


You can join the program on your own, or as part of a group when possible. Either way, it’s a great opportunity to shed those extra 10-20 lbs. Please see us at the club for more details.
